When I lean into the sacred space of my creativity,
I return to center, my true and whole self.

Creativity for Transformation & Well-being
  With Lisa Agaran

Do you turn to creativity (ie. writing, doodling, music, drawing, etc.)
whenever you feel stressed or anxious?

Has creativity been a safe place for comfort & calm?

Have you experienced moments of clarity while immersed in the creative process?

Have you done art all your life, but crave a deeper connection to your creativity?
Or…is art making new to you and hesitant to start…

If you have always been drawn to all things artistic and creative, there is a deeper reason for this.

What if I told you that your inherent Creative Spirit (something each of us is already born with) knows deep down that something powerful exists within the process of creating? A powerful tool that can help us heal, tap into our inner knowing and return to our true self.

This is something I myself have come to know
and understand throughout my life.

When we feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed, it’s easy to lose touch with our center and especially our true self.

Leaning on an art practice, our creativity, Creative Spirit, provides a source of support. It’s a source of support we can not see, but experience, feel and know is always there for us.

Creativity is essential for our well-being.

In other words, when we do something creative and allow ourselves to get lost in the process, we have the ability to move closer towards becoming a whole person.

Don’t have an art practice?

Have you been hesitant to create art out of self-doubt or fear or maybe you’ve never given yourself permission to embody the true creative part of who you are?

No worries! I completely understand. Believe it or not I had a long gap in my life where I continued to resist the calling of my Creative Spirit. I didn’t know what I was missing out on, until I made the choice to finally honor that part of me.

So, I am very familiar with the self-doubt and vulnerability that can come up when you’re creating. The art making we do in this class series doesn’t require prior art experience. As many of my students know…

We find beauty in imperfection and
welcome accidents & mistakes to happen.

I also know how important it is to have the support, encouragement and safe space for you to connect to Creative Spirit and explore your true creativity.

Just the fact you’re reading this is the first step to honoring your Creative Spirit…I’m so glad you’re here!

I invite you to join this unique & creative community

Develop a deeper relationship with the creative process &
u
tilize creativity as a tool for well-being and self-care.

Meet Your Creative Spirit Teacher

Lisa Agaran is an Artist, Instructor and Creative Spirit Mentor. She has a background in art and years of experience working as a psychotherapist (Inactive) with creative individuals. Lisa has been teaching both in-person and virtual workshops for the last 9 years.

She believes everyone is born an artist. It’s how you stay connected to that innate desire to be creative as we become adults. Lisa helps others embark on a journey of re-discovering this inherent creativity by utilizing creative expression for personal transformation, inner guidance and self-care. She believes this can be powerful avenue towards one’s healing, growth and authentic self. Her calling is to hold space for others to express their true creativity and experience creative freedom.

Lisa believes taking time to honor Creative Spirit is just as essential as a good night’s rest, exercise and eating right. It provides benefits both spiritually and mentally. She believes any sort of creative practice, whether it’s writing, singing, dancing or crafts, is not only stress-reducing, but also reminds us who we truly are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior art experience or education?

I’m happy to say, little to no art experience is required. You can begin an art practice at whatever level you’re at. I will walk you through each practice step-by-step.

Will I require a lot of art materials/supplies?

I try to keep the list short and simple so that you have materials that are easy to get. Depending on the art practice being taught that month, I may request additional items here and there. View Materials List

Where are the monthly sessions hosted?

The monthly sessions will happen live on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month in my virtual classroom on Zoom. As well as the schedule Coffee Chats.

I’m located in a different country and time zone. Is there a Non-Zoomer option?

Yes. I understand that not everyone is able to make all of the live sessions, so a recording of each session will be accessible to all members. This will be emailed out after the session has ended and the recording has been uploaded. Note: To maintain the privacy of each attendee the Reflect & Connect Session will not be recorded.

What is a Non-Zoomer option?

Live spots will be limited, but you can attend as a Non-Zoomer, which means you don’t need to attend any of the Zoom classes LIVE, but instead you have the option to take the class at your own pace by watching the recordings. After each art practice session, the PDF of lesson and recording will be uploaded to Teachable where you will be able to access it through your teachable account. You will also be able to email me with any questions.

How long do I have access to the recordings?

You will have access to the recordings of the monthly sessions as long as your membership is in good standing. If you cancel your membership, access to the recordings will end when your membership ends.
